- Username
Use the same username you created for any previous client portals tied to your account. Not sure? Try your email address instead. - Forgot Password?
Click "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page, then enter your email and username. A password reset link will be emailed to you.
- After Resetting Your Password
Once your password is reset, close that tab, open a new one, and go to digitaltrust.com. Click "My Account" → "Sign In" to access your account. - Still Getting an “Invalid Login” Message?
You may be using the wrong username. Try the email address associated with your Sign In, and if that doesn't work, please let us know using the form below so we can help you recover it.
